Mary Hicks, Bill's mom, will be on Letterman's Late Show tomorrow

BillHicks.com broke the news on Tuesday that Letterman invited Bill's mom to be the main guest on Friday. The legendary censored set of October 1, 1993 will be televised. John Lahr brought attention to the set with his article Goat Boy Rises in the New Yorker magazine.

Thanks to David Letterman and Mary Hicks for making possible what many fans thought they would never live to see.

Bill died on February 26, 1994 of pancreatic cancer at age 32. He will be remembered around the world next month on the 15th anniversary of his death.
